just had to let you know how pleased i was when i rang your company with what some dealers would have considered to be a pain in the backside inquiry about some echo parts for a chainsaw which i had recently purchased privately, but your man charlie treated me like a valued customer and had all the patience in the world and arranged for the main part of my order to be delivered straight away with the other less important parts to follow . he is a joy to deal with and a credit to your company. ...
